Check-in passes and tickets are sent in an email separate from your order receipt. This email is sent within seconds after the completion of your order, from
[email protected]. If you have spam blocking or require senders to seek approval, you may not receive it. Please check your spam or junk mail folders. If you are sure you completed your order, no further action is required. Just arrive at check-in with your ID, and you can be checked in using our digital look-up system. If you like, you may also contact the organization hosting the event to confirm your purchase.
